No phone or internet or laundry facilities in the cottage
Parking for 2 cars in the driveway maximum
On street parking not allowed

You bring your own linens : Sheets/bathroom towels/ beach towels
Pillows/blankets/spreads are provided

Fans in all the bedrooms, plus all windows open to enjoy the summer breeze, and a window air conditioner in the living room

Living room with pull out couch, cable t.v., vcr, dvd player, several books and games provided

Kitchen is well equipped with dishes/cutlery/pots and pans, stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender and vacuum

Huge treed back yard with firepit (fires must be out by 11 p.m.) Picnic table, Patio table/chairs and gas bbq areprovided.

Renter is responsible for cleaning cottage and yard prior to departure.

Grand Bend Main Beach offers - boardwalk, spray pad and play equipment for children, several golf courses in the area, plus Grand Bend Motorplex, Huron Country Playhouse, Museum, and many restaurants. Bring your bikes and travel the bike path to the Pinery Provincial Park, along Highway 21.
Tim Hortons - a 5 minute walk, plus 2 grocery stores and 2 banks.
